United World Colleges is a global non-profit, equal opportunities organisation that provides intercultural learning programmes for young people around the world. It is the pioneer and best practice leader in the field of global education.

UWC International

With colleges in twelve countries and National Committees in 124, the international scope of the United World Colleges movement is truly global. The UWC international movement also consists of over 35,000 individual members in every country in the world. The majority is UWC graduates, but membership covers all those involved with UWC in one capacity or another.

UWC International is coordinated through its International Office in London

The movement is governed by an International Board

It is endorsed and supported by a group of respected Presidents and Patrons

To be able to leave for a UWC is really the chance of a lifetime. It gives you the opportunity to mix with people from very different cultures. We are all a bit anxious before we leave but we return with a feeling of bigger comprehension of other cultures and a mind opened up to the world. And icing on the cake we have the International Baccalaureate in our pocket!
